How to Resign/Draw a Game on the Board

If you are playing a game on the board (without the app) you might want to register that game as a resignation or a draw. This advanced ChessUp feature is achieved using the following steps.

• Remove any pieces that are in the center 4 squares (d4,e4,d5,e5).
• Remove the kings from their current positions.
• To have black resign and white win place the kings on the white center squares (d5, e4).
• To have white resign and black win place the kings on the black center squares (d4, e5).
• To draw a game place the kings on the d4 and e4 or place them on e4, e5
• The game will end (a light sequence will be displayed to indicate the end) and will be saved to the internal memory of the board.
