It might be desirable to only see the quality of your move after you have made the move. This is possible via a setting in the ChessUp app. Follow the instructions below to turn on the "Post Move Hint" mode. Once this setting is turned on it will be saved for all future games when the board is connected to the app. In order for this feature to work you must select an assistance setting in the game setup menu. To get the most accurate move quality it is recommended that you use a setting of 6 for the assistance. During game play, when you touch a piece, all the lights will be blue. When you complete a move the moved to square will blink on for a moment with a color to show you the quality of the move. Refer to this page to understand what the colors mean.
Click on your avatar image in the upper right of the main screen.
Click on "General Settings"
Scroll down until you see the "Post Move Hint" and press it to expand the selection. Toggle the "Post Move Hint" switch.
